I am Professor of Statistical Science in the Biostatistics, Evidence Synthesis, Test Evaluation and Prediction Models (BESTEAM) group at the University of Birmingham.

My research focuses on developing statistical methodology motivated by real-world public health challenges, with particular emphasis on mapping tropical diseases.
